Frequently Asked Questions
(Required)
Maybe you have a few questions. That's okay; most people do. So here's a quick collection of some of the questions people ask us, along with our answers. If you still have a question, don't hesitate to contact us (or give us a call) and we'll be happy to answer it for you.
Q: Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?
A: Great question. We're not agents, and we don't list houses. We are professional home buyers. We buy houses in Frisco that meet our purchasing criteria. We personally hold rental portfolios, work with other investors, as well as first-time home buyers.
Q: Do you pay fair prices for properties?
A: Yes. Our philosophy is rooted in creating mutually beneficial transactions to better our communities. Our offers are based upon comparable sales of properties in like condition.

We put together a free guide that walks you through the pros and cons (plus the cost and timeline) of selling your house to a real estate investor. It also covers the pros, cons, and costs of the other two alternatives: listing with an agent or selling it yourself.
Download your free guideQ: How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A: We analyze the location, condition of the property, and comparable sales. Have you received offers from "We buy houses" companies that didn't make sense? Give us a call and let us show you how we approach things differently.
Q: Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
A: No. When we make you an offer we cover all of the closing costs, doc fees, and even the title company's cut. All of this will be clearly outlined in your Purchase and Sale Agreement so there are no surprises.
Q: How quickly can you close?
A: We can often close in as little as seven days, or on a timeline that works for you. Because we're buying directly, there's no waiting on bank approvals, appraisals, or buyer financing to fall through. Once we agree on terms, we move at your pace.
Q: Do I need to make repairs before selling?
A: Not at all. We buy houses in as-is condition. Whether the property needs minor cosmetic work or significant repairs, you don't need to fix a thing before we make you an offer. We factor the condition into our analysis and handle everything after closing.
Q: Is there any obligation when I request an offer?
A: None whatsoever. Requesting an offer from us is completely free and comes with zero pressure. We'll give you a fair cash offer, and you decide whether it works for you. If it doesn't, no hard feelings.
Q: What types of situations do you help with?
A: We work with homeowners in a wide range of situations, including inherited properties, divorce, job relocation, foreclosure, tax liens, properties with tenants, and houses that simply need more work than the owner wants to take on. If you're not sure whether your situation qualifies, just reach out and we'll talk it through.
